Carnets Ukrainiens
La série Carnets Ukrainiens naît dès 2012 et s’inscrit dans le temps long des bouleversements qui traversent l’Ukraine depuis Maïdan. Profondément touchée par ces événements, l’artiste y puise une matière émotionnelle et symbolique, tout en se nourrissant du passé et de la richesse culturelle du pays, comme un miroir aux résonances contemporaines. Ces œuvres, à la fois fragments de mémoire et élans intérieurs, traduisent une résonance intime face à l’histoire en marche, où la sensibilité personnelle se mêle à une réalité collective.
Серія Українські зошити розпочалася у 2012 році та сягає корінням у довгу історію потрясінь, що прокотилися Україною з часів Майдану. Глибоко вражений цими подіями, художниця черпає з них емоційний та символічний матеріал, водночас надихаючись минулим країни та її багатою культурною спадщиною, немов дзеркалом, що відображає сучасні резонанси. Ці роботи, що є одночасно фрагментами пам’яті та вираженням внутрішнього потрясіння, передають глибокий зв’язок з історією в русі, де особиста чутливість переплітається з колективною реальністю.
The Ukrainian Notebooks series began in 2012 and is rooted in the long history of the upheavals that have swept through Ukraine since Maidan. Deeply affected by these events, the artist draws on them for emotional and symbolic material, while also drawing inspiration from the country’s past and rich cultural heritage, like a mirror reflecting contemporary resonances. These works, both fragments of memory and expressions of inner turmoil, convey a profound connection to history in motion, where personal sensibility intertwines with a collective reality.
Inaugurée en 2018 au Centre Culturel de l’Ambassade d’Ukraine à Paris, la collection ne cesse depuis de s’enrichir. Elle se construit comme un journal visuel, évolutif et engagé, où chaque peinture témoigne d’un regard attentif et solidaire. À travers ces carnets, Anne Yeremiyew donne forme à une parole sensible, entre mémoire, résistance et affirmation d’une identité vivante.
Відкрита у 2018 році в Культурному центрі Посольства України в Парижі, колекція продовжує зростати з того часу. Вона формується як візуальний, постійно розвивається та відданий щоденник, де кожна картина свідчить про уважну та співчутливу перспективу. За допомогою цих альбомів для ескізів Анна Єреміїв надає форми чутливому голосу, що балансує між пам’яттю, опором та утвердженням живої ідентичності.
Inaugurated in 2018 at the Cultural Center of the Ukrainian Embassy in Paris, the collection has continued to grow ever since. It is taking shape as a visual, evolving, and committed journal, where each painting bears witness to an attentive and compassionate perspective. Through these sketchbooks, Anne Yeremiyew gives form to a sensitive voice, poised between memory, resistance, and the affirmation of a living identity.
Origines
L’artiste s’interroge sur l’élan qui fait naître et s’organiser les formes. D’abord immobiles, elles apparaissent spontanées, parfois irrégulières ou symétriques, comme des silhouettes en quête d’ancrage. Inspirée par la nature, notamment le monde végétal, une structure émerge peu à peu : une colonne, une matière, un principe de vie. En laissant dialoguer formes, couleurs et textures, Anne Yeremiyew donne naissance à des compositions où l’immobilité devient mouvement, où des univers imaginaires invitent le spectateur à un voyage intérieur, à la fois intime et universel.
Художниця досліджує імпульс, який породжує та організовує форми. Спочатку нерухомі, вони здаються спонтанними, іноді неправильними або симетричними, немов силуети, що шукають опори. Натхненний природою, зокрема рослинним світом, поступово виникає структура: колона, матеріал, принцип життя. Дозволяючи формам, кольорам і текстурам взаємодіяти, Анна Єреміїв створює композиції, де нерухомість перетворюється на рух, де уявні світи запрошують глядача у внутрішню подорож, одночасно інтимну та універсальну.
The artist explores the impulse that gives rise to and organizes forms. Initially still, they appear spontaneous, sometimes irregular or symmetrical, like silhouettes seeking anchorage. Inspired by nature, particularly the plant world, a structure gradually emerges: a column, a material, a principle of life. By allowing forms, colors, and textures to interact, Anne Yeremiyew creates compositions where stillness becomes movement, where imaginary worlds invite the viewer on an inner journey, both intimate and universal.
La série Origines explore aussi la question de l’identité, dans un contexte où celle-ci peut être niée ou menacée, comme en Ukraine aujourd’hui. À travers des techniques mixtes, l’artiste joue sur la répétition de lignes semblables mais toujours uniques, suggérant que l’identité se construit autant par ce qui nous relie que par ce qui nous distingue. Ainsi, la collection relie passé, présent et futur, et propose une réflexion sensible sur ce qui fonde notre existence commune.
Серія Витоки також досліджує питання ідентичності в контексті, де вона може бути заперечена або опинитися під загрозою, як у сучасній Україні. За допомогою змішаних технік художниця грає на повторенні подібних, але завжди унікальних ліній, стверджуючи, що ідентичність конструюється як тим, що нас об’єднує, так і тим, що нас відрізняє. Таким чином, колекція поєднує минуле, сьогодення та майбутнє, і пропонує чутливе осмислення основ нашого спільного існування.
The Origins series also explores the question of identity, in a context where it can be denied or threatened, as in Ukraine today. Through mixed media, the artist plays on the repetition of similar yet always unique lines, suggesting that identity is constructed as much by what unites us as by what distinguishes us. Thus, the collection connects past, present, and future, and offers a sensitive reflection on the foundations of our shared existence.
Marines
La série Marines prolonge la recherche de l’artiste en s’ancrant dans la mémoire sensible de ses séjours en Bretagne et ailleurs, où elle collecte sables et fragments naturels. Ces éléments deviennent une matière vivante, intégrée à des compositions organiques où textures et formes dialoguent avec l’expérience du paysage maritime. Entre abstraction et évocation, les œuvres restituent le souffle du littoral, la trace du temps et des marées, transformant ces récoltes en paysages intérieurs où la mer se fait matière, souvenir et mouvement.
Серія Морські піхотинці розширює дослідження художниці, спираючись на яскраві спогади про її перебування в Бретані та інших місцях, де вона збирає пісок та природні фрагменти. Ці елементи стають живим матеріалом, інтегрованим в органічні композиції, де текстури та форми вступають у діалог з досвідом морського пейзажу. Між абстракцією та евокацією, роботи вловлюють подих узбережжя, слід часу та припливів, перетворюючи ці колекції на внутрішні ландшафти, де море стає матерією, пам’яттю та рухом.
The Marines series extends the artist’s exploration, drawing on the vivid memories of her stays in Brittany and elsewhere, where she collects sands and natural fragments. These elements become a living material, integrated into organic compositions where textures and forms engage in a dialogue with the experience of the seascape. Between abstraction and evocation, the works capture the breath of the coastline, the trace of time and tides, transforming these collections into inner landscapes where the sea becomes matter, memory, and movement.
